Services

LED Construction provides paving, driveway, patio installation, and general building works in Sittingbourne, Kent, and surrounding areas. All projects are subject to a signed contract and agreed-upon terms specific to each job.

Quotes and Estimates

We offer free, no-obligation quotes. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued and are subject to change after this period. Costs in our estimates may vary depending on changes in materials, additional services requested, or unforeseen complications.

Payment Terms

Payments are due as outlined in your individual project contract. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Failure to make payments on time may result in project delays or additional charges.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a project after signing a contract, you must notify us in writing. Any work already completed will be charged accordingly, and deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project.

Liability

While we aim to deliver services to the highest standards, LED Construction is not liable for delays due to weather conditions, material shortages, or other factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract signed for the project.

Warranties

We offer warranties on materials and workmanship as specified in your contract. Any defects due to improper installation will be addressed, but natural wear and tear or external damage (such as weather-related incidents) are not covered under warranty.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
